Holista Health

Empowering
Value-Based
Healthcare

Holistic (Merriam-Webster): Relating to or concerned with wholes or with complete systems rather than with the analysis of, treatment of, or dissection into parts

Why Value-based Healthcare?

Because too often our historic, fragmented fee-for-service system has lacked coordination, communication and a truly patient-centered approach from diagnosis through to recovery. Value-based healthcare is about re-imagining and implementing the delivery of healthcare to improve patient outcomes, addressing all of the elements needed in a patient-centered, or holistic way.

Value = Successful clinical outcome + Reduced Cost + Service Excellence

Holista empowers providers and patients to evolve to a value-based means of healthcare delivery.

About

Holista was recently formed to merge SKYGEN USA’s emerging value-based services business with SKYGEN USA affiliate American Therapy Administrators (ATA). ATA has managed services in the outpatient therapy space for 20 years with value-based concepts and along with SKYGEN USA’s technological advantages, is well placed to provide outstanding client support with complementary product lines.

Holista’s predecessor company, American Therapy Administrators (ATA) was founded in 1998 by managed care executives with a vision for developing a more cost-effective way to deliver physical, speech, and occupational therapy services. ATA refined its management approach over the years, expanding nationwide and developing an advanced business model for managing commercial and government therapy programs.

SKYGEN USA has pioneered creative provider reimbursement arrangements including bundled services for clients over the past 15 years, taking advantage of our proprietary technology to solve problems efficiently. This experience and flexibility positions Holista to provide unique value to clients looking for value-based solutions.
